Missionary Tips #1

The life of a missionary can be very busy and become very complicated if you are not a bit of organized. Especially when you're interested in a lot of things and have children. Because of deadlines in the studies or in the ministry, we are sometimes late of doing the basic chores at home (you know, when your clothes pile up for ironing).

To help us, we have begun to work with two tools:


  • TODOIST
Todoist is a task manager. You can organize your tasks in multi-level projetcs, set deadlines and access your todo list from anywhere. There are free apps for Android, Firefox, iPhone, Outlook, Thunderbird and Google Chrome.




  • GOOGLE AGENDA

If you have a Gmail account, just click on the Agenda/Calendar option at the top of the page. You can set your day and even synchronize your agenda with somebody else (it's what we do) or with your Outlook agenda.



Manage your task, free your mind and get more time to spend time with God !
